Join Women at the Top® founder, Regina Barr, and her guest, Patty Tanji, as they dish on what you need to do to get a pay raise in today's challenging business environment.
 Patty Tanji has been an advocate for women in the workplace for well over a decade. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Degree with an emphasis in Information and Decisions Sciences from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota and a Master of Liberal Studies degree also from the University of Minnesota.
Her master’s degree final project is entitled: Women in Corporate America: Barriers and Breakthroughs on the way to the Boardroom. Her educational background has placed her squarely on the management/worker divide. As a business systems designer in her professional career and volunteer lobbyist for the Pay Equity Coalition of Minnesota and Business and Professional Women USA – she understands that corporations are slow to add more women to its executive ranks. The purpose of public policy/laws is to speed that process along. But laws are not the only answer to the gender pay/leadership gap in the workplace. That's why Patty began an empowerment program that includes coaching women on how to ask for a pay raise, speaking, and engaging audiences in the conversation about women and pay.
