Kathy Curran, Ph.D. principal of Resources for Creative Change, Inc., consults with organizations on issues surrounding creating and sustaining strategic change, and on providing learning experiences in the areas of power and organizational politics as they pertain to leadership development, especially for women in management. She is an adjunct faculty member for the College of St. Catherine’s MA in Organizational Leadership.
