Regina Barr, Red Ladder’s founder and CEO, has one goal: to develop people and inspire success. For that reason, she founded Red Ladder to help clients create organizational success through people.
As a speaker, Regina regales her audiences by providing them with hands-on knowledge combined with the practical wisdom and relevant stories gained through successfully navigating the financial services industry for over 18 years. These attributes earned her recognition as one of Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal’s "40 Twin Cities professionals under 40 years old" for her business accomplishments and community contributions. Her low-key humor and experiential style make her approachable and well-loved by her audiences for over ten years.
Regina’s background includes over 18 years of leadership experience in the corporate sector in product, sales and marketing. She is the past Foundation Chair of Financial Women International, and is actively involved in the Breast Cancer Awareness Association, The Woman’s Club of Minneapolis, Women Achieving New Direction and other organizations.
Regina holds a BBA in management/finance, an MBA in management/marketing, and an MA in human development. She is a Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst and a Certified Professional Values Analyst (CPVA). These designations show Regina's ongoing commitment to helping organizations develop their best asset -- their people -- through the use of assessment tools that focus on behavior and emotions in the workplace (using the DISC Instrument) and workplace motivators, personal interests, attitudes, and values (using the PIAV Instrument). Regina is also qualified to administer/interpret Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® and other assessment tools.

Lori Grams is the Marketing Coordinator for Red Ladder, Inc. Lori joined the company in October 2005 and works to promote Red Ladder products and services through industry publications, along with other local and national publicity and marketing activities. Lori spent over 12 years at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota (BCBSM).
At BCBSM, she held positions in Medicare, IS, and had extensive experience in Corporate Training and Development. This experience uniquely positions Lori in her role at Red Ladder.
Lori’s educational experience includes a BA in Management/Psychology from the College of Saint Benedict.
Christine Gosswiller is the Project Coordinator for Red Ladder, Inc. Chris joined the company in October 2006 and is responsible for project support for both internal and client projects.
Chris spent 6 years in customer and provider service with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota, and 3 years with The Hartford as a disability claims examiner. Her corporate experience includes research, problem solving, customer/ public relations, and project coordination. In addition, Chris was implemental in establishing the local chapter of the MOMS Club of Inver Grove Heights/ South St. Paul, a non-profit organization, where she held numerous leadership positions.
Chris’ educational experience includes a BS in Marketing from St. Cloud State University.
