Option 2) Complete your order by faxing, mailing or calling with your credit card payment information. (Note: for security reasons, please do NOT email this information.) We process your credit card using PayPal’s virtual terminal.

Upon receipt of payment confirmation, you will receive an email from us providing you with a link to the Group Coaching resource page. This page will provide you with the information you need to participate in the Group Coaching call including the conference line and pass code as well as other information.
Note: payment confirmations are processed during regular business hours Monday-Friday from 8-4:30 p.m. CST. We do not process payment confirmations on weekends or holidays.
