The Women at the Top® Studies
For over a decade, our intent has been to provide cutting edge research of importance to the advancement of women leaders. The 2010 WATT® Study focuses on the status of women in the Top 50 US Banks. Community Banking Leadership Gap Study
Red Ladder, Inc., designed, conducted and analyzed a community banking Leadership Gap Study in cooperation with Financial Women International and the Independent Community Bankers Association. A survey (December 2006) and focus groups (January 2007) of community banks was completed with a focus on questions related to the impact that the pending boomer retirement explosion will have on community banking.
